Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day risk management activities, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes compliance and strategic risk advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate risk management processes across AIA Bhd. and its subsidiaries.
- Implement the Risk Management Framework effectively.
- Conduct Risk & Control Assessments (RCA) to identify potential risks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines.
- Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Liaise with subsidiaries to enhance risk management practices.
- Provide risk advisory for strategic initiatives and projects.
Job Requirements
Degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, IT, or Business.
5 to 15 years of relevant experience in financial industry risk management, audit, or compliance.
In-depth understanding of Insurance or Takaful business operations.
