Job Description
The Event Coordinator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of event setups, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. This position involves working closely with the Event Team and various stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in and supervise on-site event setup work.
- Plan pre-event setup tasks for weddings, birthday parties, and corporate events.
- Supervise delivery processes and communicate with delivery personnel.
- Oversee the buffet line and coordinate events on-site.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assist the Event Team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment.
Job Requirements
SPM holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must have own transportation for work (car/motor).
Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a bonus).
Possess delivery experience and familiarity with related processes.
Ability to handle high-intensity tasks and adapt quickly.
Clear thinking and tactful in dealing with situations.
Availability to work flexible hours, if needed.
