Job Description
The Service Crew member at Kids Cafe is responsible for providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, especially families with young children. This role includes taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, assisting with cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, communicating with kitchen and barista teams, supporting events, following service SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and performing other tasks to support cafe operations.
Job Requirements
Able to understand and speak English, with Mandarin as a bonus.
Enjoy working and playing with children; cheerful, patient, and friendly.
Well-groomed and neat appearance.
Cheerful, responsible, and a good team player.
Experience in food and beverage or service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
High potential for promotion based on performance.
