The Event Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of events from planning through completion. This role involves leading an event team to deliver well-coordinated events for corporate clients, brands, or family audiences, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years in event execution, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in both corporate and family/consumer event segments is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven experience in managing vendors, timelines, and logistics.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
Competency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Must possess own transport (car or bike) for on-site event coordination and supplier visits.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when events are scheduled.
