Role Summary

The Event Production Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality events. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that corporate conferences, brand activations, exhibitions, and product launches are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of event production, coordinating logistics and technical aspects to create memorable experiences. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of event production from conception to execution.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Oversee technical production elements such as sound, lighting, and staging.
  • Lead and manage a team of event staff and volunteers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and manage event budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

3-5+ years experience in event management or event production.

Experience in managerial or leadership roles.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of technical event production.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.
