Job Description

This internship role at Sevenue involves assisting in the planning, production, and management of various events including physical, virtual, and hybrid formats. The intern will support coordination with internal and external stakeholders, manage event logistics, liaise with vendors, and help ensure smooth event proceedings on-site. Additional duties include assisting with permits, reporting event status to management, troubleshooting on event days, and handling post-event documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in a related field.

Problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinker.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Chinese is a bonus).

Able to multi-task, work independently and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Able to drive and own their own vehicle (car).
