Job Description
As an Events Venue Executive at Glasshouse in Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur, you will be the primary contact for clients, overseeing the entire event process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day work will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event logistics from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee event setups and ensure adherence to client specifications.
- Maintain event records and documentation for future reference.
- Lead marketing efforts to attract new bookings for the venue.
- Collaborate with the in-house team for venue maintenance and improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event process.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar events or hospitality role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and IT savvy.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
