Job Description
As an Executive in Accounts & Finance, you will engage in daily financial operations, including monitoring accounts receivables and performing bank reconciliations. You will work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries for financial reporting.
- Handle customer payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Support process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Manage lease receivables and execute collection activities for platform charges.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Familiarity with e-invoicing and digital payment systems is an advantage.
