Provide dedicated claims services to claimants and consultants by managing Accident & Health claims adjudication and investigations. This role focuses on delivering key service objectives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing the customer experience through efficient management.
As an Executive in Claims, you will adjudicate Accident & Health (A&H) claims, ensuring prudent and equitable decisions within service level agreements. You will manage investigations by coordinating with claimants, medical institutions, and financial consultants. Responsibilities include following up on outstanding requirements, managing enquiries or appeals, and collaborating with business units to optimize processing accuracy and customer experience.
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Life & Health claims assessor.
Strong command of the English language; basic Chinese is advantageous.
Proficiency in medical knowledge and claims settlement procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to investigate, evaluate, and reach appropriate decisions independently.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong team player with a mature attitude and leadership qualities.
