The Executive - Digital Innovation & Database is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems through digitalization and data analytics. This role plays a crucial part in managing QSHE databases and supporting the implementation of innovative digital tools to drive organizational improvements.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing QSHE databases, ensuring data integrity, and developing insightful reports. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages the use of digital tools to enhance QSHE management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QSHE databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
- Implement innovative digital tools to enhance QSHE management systems.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote QSHE initiatives.
- Support training and development related to digital tools and data analytics.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Management, or related fields.
Proven experience in database management, data analysis, or digital support roles.
Strong understanding of QSHE principles and ISO management systems.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
