Job Description
The Senior Engineer specializing in Building Information Modelling (BIM) will manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and the BIM Execution Plan. Responsibilities include producing LOD 400/500 models, resolving design clashes, and mentoring project teams. The role requires collaboration with design engineers and oversight of BIM deliverables to support construction projects effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
More than 2 years of professional experience as a BIM Engineer
Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing
Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for multi-disciplinary coordination
Passion for exploring new technology in construction
