Job Description
In this role, the Senior Engineer will engage in day-to-day BIM coordination activities, working closely with design engineers and project teams to produce high-quality models. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination to ensure project compliance.
- Produce LOD 400/500 models for construction projects.
- Resolve design clashes through effective collaboration.
- Mentor project teams in BIM best practices.
- Oversee BIM deliverables to support construction activities.
- Collaborate with design engineers to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and the BIM Execution Plan.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
More than 2 years of professional experience as a BIM Engineer
Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing
Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for multi-disciplinary coordination
