Executive – Perodua

The Executive in Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization's risk management processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.

In this position, the Executive will engage in daily activities that include reviewing risk registers and preparing management reports. The work environment is dynamic, requiring proactive communication and collaboration with superiors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and challenge the risk register periodically.
• Discuss outcomes with superiors to align on risk management strategies.
• Prepare risk management reports for approval by management.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness through articles and internal talks.
• Organize internal talks to educate staff on risk management practices.
• Produce articles to disseminate risk management knowledge.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
