
The Executive at the Guest Xperience Centre is responsible for enhancing guest experiences by providing exceptional service and support. This role involves welcoming guests, answering inquiries, conducting tours, and gathering feedback to improve services.
We are seeking a proactive and personable Guest Experience Ambassador to support the operations of the Guest Xperience Centre. This role is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for guests by warmly welcoming them, providing information, assisting with their needs, and ensuring smooth and enjoyable interactions throughout their visit. The Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for the Centre and will play a pivotal role in delivering an above-and-beyond guest experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Diploma with at least 3 years Customer Services related experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality (internships included) is an advantage.
Proficient in English; ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
