
The Knowledge Management Executive will organize and enhance the Knowledge Base to improve user experience and operational excellence. This role involves managing content, collaborating with teams, and providing support for knowledge sharing initiatives.
As a Knowledge Management Executive, you will manage and enhance our Knowledge Base, ensuring it is accurate and user-friendly. Your responsibilities include updating KB articles, creating structured documentation, and collaborating with various teams to improve knowledge delivery. You will also engage with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose improvements, while serving as a subject matter expert for KB usage and troubleshooting issues. Your role is crucial in empowering employees through effective knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese (reading and writing) is mandatory.
Proven experience in Knowledge Management or related fields.
Strong ability to structure complex information into clear content.
