The role also involves assisting in meeting preparations and monitoring team attendance and work progress.
Diploma or Degree in any relevant background
Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related position
Basic knowledge in Facility Management
Able to work and commute to AEON BiG Subang Jaya (Headquarters)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in documentation and reporting
Familiarity with SAP system is a plus
