This role involves close collaboration with HR Operations to gather necessary documents for payroll processing, maintaining the e-leave system, and monitoring medical benefit utilization for store employees. Additionally, the incumbent will handle HR administrative tasks, conduct exit interviews, and support annual HR processes such as performance appraisals.
