The Executive in Strategy and Growth Partnership is responsible for supporting the development and execution of social takaful and strategic partnership initiatives. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to advance social finance and inclusive takaful agendas, ensuring alignment with CSR objectives and Shariah requirements.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve project implementation and stakeholder engagement within a collaborative environment. You will work closely with government agencies, financial institutions, and NGOs to deliver impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Takaful, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Social Sciences.
2 to 3 years of experience in CSR, ESG, social finance, or community programs.
Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, Canva, and digital productivity applications.
Basic understanding of Islamic finance, Takaful, and Shariah principles.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Ability to coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, and social finance institutions.
Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience may be considered.
