Job Description
As an Executive in Strategy and Growth Partnership, you will support the development and execution of social takaful and strategic partnership initiatives. Your role involves coordinating with government agencies, financial institutions, and NGOs to advance social finance and inclusive takaful agendas. You will assist in project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and basic analysis to ensure the timely delivery of programs aligned with CSR objectives, Shariah requirements, and ESG commitments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Takaful, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Social Sciences.
2 to 3 years of experience in CSR, ESG, social finance, or community programs.
Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, Canva, and digital productivity applications.
Basic understanding of Islamic finance, Takaful, and Shariah principles.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Ability to coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, and social finance institutions.
Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience may be considered.
