Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve overseeing the fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order processing, and monitoring inventory levels. You will collaborate with different departments and shipping carriers to maintain quality control and track key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Oversee the picking and packing of orders.
- Liaise with shipping carriers to ensure efficient delivery.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the fulfillment process.
- Track key performance indicators and report on fulfillment efficiency.
- Resolve issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive attitude towards process improvement
