Job Description
The Executive, Wellness will manage daily front office operations, including patient registration, reception, billing, appointments, and Wellness Screening packages. This role involves attending to patients’ enquiries, providing clear information on screening packages, and ensuring accurate patient information and system updates. The Executive will also support departmental promotional activities and ensure consistent service delivery according to departmental SOPs and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, front office, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented, patient, proactive, and a good team player.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good telephone etiquette.
Experience in promoting Wellness Screening packages will be an added advantage.
