We are seeking a Facilities Director to oversee all facilities operations and maintenance at our state-of-the-art manufacturing sites in Perai, Penang. This critical role involves leading facility teams across Southeast Asia, establishing regional facilities strategies, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of all facilities infrastructure.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior facilities management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
8 years in senior leadership roles
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
Strong communication skills and manufacturing industry experience preferred
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Electrical distribution systems, Fire systems, Architecture and civil engineering, and Building automation systems
