The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient management of resources. This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

As a Facilities Manager at Sunway Medical Centre Penang, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily maintenance of hospital facilities, including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, and other building systems. Your role will involve supervising technicians and external contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair works are completed safely and efficiently, while conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

You will plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment and hospital systems, carry out troubleshooting and repairs, and monitor renovation and upgrading projects. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements, manage budgets for maintenance activities, and provide on-call support for emergency situations.
