Role Summary
The FFP AMPO – Actuarial Developer-2 is responsible for contributing to the delivery and implementation of actuarial process optimization solutions. This role plays a crucial part in transforming the Group's actuarial reporting processes into highly automated and controlled systems, enhancing efficiency and value-added activities.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve building workflows, analyzing existing processes, and delivering production-ready solutions in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of actuarial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build workflows in Unify to streamline actuarial processes.
- Analyze and document existing actuarial processes for optimization.
- Deliver production-ready solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support testing activities to ensure system reliability.
- Re-engineer models and systems using tools like Python and VBA.
- Assist with documentation for stakeholders to facilitate understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency.
Job Requirements
Actuarial Degree, part qualified actuary or equivalent, or equivalent professional qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience with actuarial systems development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing demands.
Attention to detail.
