Job Description
The Fibre Installer is responsible for end-to-end internet installations in residential locations. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing existing installations, as well as upselling company products during installations. The installer must ensure a smooth installation experience by managing materials, adhering to building regulations, and providing customer support.
Job Requirements
Possess own transport and able to travel within Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
Possess own transport to carry tools & equipment for installation works
Possess at least Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in Fibre Installation works
At least 1 year experience in installing CCTV/network
Previous experience as a Service Installer
IT certificates are an added advantage
Available for urgent business activities after hours and weekends
