Job Description
The Fibre Installer engages in daily tasks that include installing internet services and providing customer support in residential areas. The role requires managing materials and adhering to building regulations to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install internet services in residential locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing installations.
- Upsell company products during installations.
- Manage materials and tools for installation works.
- Adhere to building regulations and safety standards.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely installations.
Job Requirements
Possess own transport and able to travel within Kuala Lumpur / Selangor.
Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in Fibre Installation works.
At least 1 year experience in installing CCTV/network.
Previous experience as a Service Installer.
IT certificates are an added advantage.
Available for urgent business activities after hours and weekends.
