As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering daily IT and OT technical support to both clients and internal staff. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage directly with users to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields
Strong understanding of IT and OT systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly
Experience in providing technical support to clients
Familiarity with networking and system administration
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
