The Finance role is responsible for planning and organizing daily accounting operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with deadlines.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage daily accounting tasks and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance workflows and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily accounting operations.
- Review the accuracy and completeness of monthly management accounts.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Prepare the annual budget and corporate tax provisions.
- Conduct monthly tax reconciliations.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Provide coaching and training to accounts staff.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Professional Accounting Qualification or a Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 8 years working experience in accounting, auditing or taxation, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
Possess good interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate leadership skills.
Be a self-starter.
