Role Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and review of management accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders and preparing tax computations, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
Job Description
To prepare and review management accounts and related schedules. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, government bodies, suppliers as well as internal clients/other departments of the Berjaya Group of Companies. Prepare and review cash flow statement and monitor cash flow. Prepare tax computations for operating companies and investment holding companies, including the calculation of capital allowances, deferred taxation and tax reconciliation.
