The Finance Operations Executive at Verity Intelligence is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, financial record-keeping, cashflow management, supporting financial reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks related to finance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
Proven experience in financial operations or a related role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Skills in financial data entry and processing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation and financial record-keeping.
Proven experience in building processes and enjoy automating processes.
Proficiency in Autocount accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and have a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in handling customer portals or supplier registration processes is an advantage.
