Job Description
In this role, you will manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic financial insights. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong analytical skills and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Deliver actionable financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and development.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting principles.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Proven experience (5+ years) in financial leadership roles, preferably as a Controller or similar.
Experience working in a Public Listed (Main Board) will be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Excel.
