Job Description
As a Fleet Supervisor, you will engage in day-to-day management of fleet operations, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient logistics. You will also be the primary contact during emergencies, providing leadership and guidance to your team. *Key Responsibilities:* - Oversee and manage hauler operations to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Lead investigations on incidents and develop operational improvement plans. - Drive the implementation of management systems within the fleet. - Collaborate with Fleet Analysts to optimize delivery performance. - Conduct training sessions for drivers to enhance their skills and safety awareness. - Serve as the main point of contact during emergencies and critical situations. - Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management
Solid knowledge of Petron Operations Integrity Management Systems (POIMS)
Strong credibility and relationship management skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Adaptable to meet evolving business needs
Willing to be based at Kuantan Terminal
