The FOOD SAFETY TRAINER is responsible for developing and updating training program materials for store operations and non-operations related areas. This role significantly impacts the training and certification of staff while ensuring the company's CSR activities align with sustainability goals.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in the daily development and delivery of training programs, collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication and updates. You will also conduct training sessions and assist in evaluating new staff certifications, all while managing CSR activities and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training program materials for store operations.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure consistent communication.
  • Conduct soft skills and new project launch training for headquarters staff.
  • Assist Area Trainers with follow-ups and on-the-job evaluations.
  • Plan and monitor the company's CSR activities to meet sustainability goals.
  • Maintain regular contact with external parties for CSR execution.
  • Manage internal and external communications for smooth CSR activity execution.

Job Requirements

Degree in any field, preferably in Education or Public Relations.

Food Safety Trainer certification by KKM.

Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training.

Experience in handling CSR activities or events.

Ability to work 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday).
