
The Food Safety Trainer role involves developing and updating training materials, conducting training sessions, and assisting with staff certification processes. The position also includes planning and monitoring CSR activities in collaboration with external parties such as schools and NGOs, ensuring effective communication and execution.
The role involves developing and updating training program materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related areas. It includes liaising with relevant departments to ensure consistent communication and updates, conducting soft skills and new project launch training for headquarters staff, and assisting Area Trainers with follow-ups and on-the-job evaluations for new staff certification. The position also entails planning and monitoring the company's CSR activities to meet sustainability goals, maintaining regular contact with external parties such as schools and NGOs for CSR activity execution, and managing internal and external communications to ensure smooth CSR activity execution.
Degree in any field, preferably in Education or Public Relations.
Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training.
Experience in handling CSR activities or events.
Able to work 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday).
Required to have Food Safety Trainer certification by KKM to conduct Food Safety Training.
