As a Front Office Assistant, you will welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a smile. Your responsibilities include handling reservations for accommodation, entertainment, and transport, providing accurate information about resort facilities, and supporting front office daily operations to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience.
Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration encouraged
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Willing to work in Genting Highlands
Friendly and confident demeanor
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Team player with a positive attitude
