Fulfilment Executive – OSREN (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

The Fulfilment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, logistics, and documentation for local and international dealers. This role ensures efficient fulfilment and compliance, acting as the primary contact for order placement and collaborating with various partners to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

In this role, the Fulfilment Executive will engage in daily operations involving order processing and logistics coordination within a dynamic work environment. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing for local and international dealers.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping with warehouse and external partners.
• Handle customs documentation and certification requirements.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and SST.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Resolve issues related to order processing and logistics efficiently.
