Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
- Identify and engage potential donors and sponsors.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for fundraising campaigns.
- Organize fundraising events and activities to promote community involvement.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance and report on outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing donors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance fundraising efforts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
