Role Summary
The Internship Finance & Admin is responsible for providing professional experience in finance, accounting, and data analytics. This role offers interns the opportunity to engage with various parts of the business while receiving mentorship from the Finance & Admin Manager.
Job Description
Interns will participate in day-to-day finance functions, maintain accurate financial records, and evaluate the financial impact of strategic opportunities within the organization. The work environment is collaborative, providing exposure to key partners and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support finance functions by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist in evaluating the financial impact of strategic opportunities.
- Participate in on-the-job training and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with team members on various finance projects.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Engage with community partners to enhance organizational outreach.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Job Requirements
Have completed 3rd year of studies in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
Have a basic understanding of finance processes.
Have basic analytical skills and a desire to understand the industry and its challenges.
Comfortable with technology and applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets.
Willing to learn and ready to adapt to changes.
