The General Workers - Contract is responsible for supporting various operational tasks within the workplace. This role involves ensuring safety compliance and contributing to the efficiency of production processes.

In this position, you will engage in daily operational activities, including machine operation and maintenance tasks, while adhering to safety protocols. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety rules and actively participate in all tasks intended to make the workplace safer.
• Load small additions into the mixer.
• Operate the control room.
• Operate the packing machine.
• Operate the forklift.
• Perform pallet wrapping and labeling.
• Handle deliveries and unloading during the day shift.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance activities.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Maintain confidentiality of Sika information and formulation at all times.
