
The Global Immigration Engagement Management Assistant is responsible for serving as a key contact for global clients and managing requests. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with service level agreements while supporting client projects and mentoring junior team members.
In this role, you will engage with global clients daily, managing their immigration requests and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. You will work closely with applicants and HR, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for process improvements. *Key Responsibilities:* - Liaise with applicants and HR to manage immigration requests. - Support client projects by ensuring compliance with service level agreements. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requests. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the immigration engagement framework. - Communicate effectively with clients to maintain strong relationships. - Analyze data to support decision-making and improve service delivery.
Undergraduate degree preferred
Understanding of immigration processes and trends
Experience in global immigration coordination
Strong data analysis skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office tools
Excellent communication skills in English
