Job Description
As a Group Leader, you will oversee daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency and safety. You will work closely with team members and management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Electrical, Operation, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Basic knowledge of production systems and machinery
Familiarity with safety and quality procedures
Willingness to work in shifts and undertake overtime as required
