The Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist role involves acting as a strategic partner to clients by leveraging performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop full-funnel marketing strategies across multiple paid channels. The specialist manages client relationships and coordinates campaign execution while balancing short-term and long-term performance metrics.
The Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for acting as a strategic growth partner to clients by using performance data to identify growth opportunities, shape full-funnel strategies, and guide clients on scaling through creative-led, persona-driven campaigns across multiple paid channels. This role involves aligning performance data, strategy, creatives and messaging, and execution timelines while managing multiple stakeholders and moving parts with strong commercial thinking and clear communication.
Manage and oversee paid media across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Analyze performance data across platforms to derive clear insights, hypotheses, and strategic recommendations.
Structure campaigns across full-funnel stages (Top / Mid / Bottom) with defined objectives and KPIs.
Balance short-term performance (ROAS, CAC, CPL) with longer-term growth metrics (LTV, retention, scalability).
Define and refine target personas based on business goals and performance signals.
Map out content formats and messaging across funnel stages (UGC, statics, videos, testimonials, founders' stories, etc.).
Guide clients and internal teams on what creatives to produce, why, and how they support growth.
Identify creative gaps, testing angles, and scaling opportunities from performance data.
Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients.
Lead performance check-ins, strategy discussions, and alignment sessions with clarity and confidence.
Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Manage expectations, priorities, and timelines across multiple clients.
Coordinate campaign timelines, launches, testing roadmaps, and optimisation cycles.
Work closely with creative, copy, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure strategic plans are translated into actionable tasks and delivered on time.
Strong foundation in performance marketing, with hands-on experience across paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Proven ability to analyze performance data and turn it into strategic decisions.
Experience working with DTC / e-commerce brands (direct-to-consumer is a strong advantage).
Confident in client management, presentations, and strategic discussions.
Solid understanding of persona-based targeting and creative strategy for paid media.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines effectively.
Strategic thinker who understands business context, not just channel metrics.
