
The Strategy & Account Management Manager is responsible for developing comprehensive media strategies and plans across multiple platforms. This role significantly impacts the agency's growth by optimizing media campaigns and fostering strong client relationships.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of media strategies, collaborating with various teams to ensure campaign success. You will also mentor junior team members and act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
3–5 years experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house).
Hands-on experience managing ads on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen).
Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategy, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred.
Experience with DV360, GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
