Job Description

The Strategy & Account Management Manager at a Growth Marketing Agency is responsible for developing comprehensive media strategies and plans across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and DV360. This role involves translating marketing objectives into actionable performance strategies, collaborating with various teams to align campaign elements, and optimizing media campaigns based on key performance indicators. The manager supervises junior media buyers, ensures compliance with standards, reviews campaign performance, and oversees creative and scaling initiatives. Additionally, the role requires acting as the main client liaison, preparing reports and presentations, and fostering strong client relationships. Leadership duties include mentoring team members, supporting internal framework development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the agency.

Job Requirements

3–5 years experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house).

Hands-on experience managing ads on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen).

Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategy, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.

Proficiency in media planning, campaign structure logic, and data interpretation.

Skilled in preparing and presenting client-facing decks and performance reports.

Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable guiding a small team.

Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred.

Experience with DV360, GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, or TikTok Ads is a plus.

Familiarity with eCommerce performance metrics (MER, AOV, LTV, CAC) is an advantage.

Previous exposure to high-spend or multi-market accounts is desirable.

Interest in automation, AI tools, or workflow efficiency is beneficial.
