As a Guest Service Assistant, you will engage with guests daily, handling their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner. You will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and teamwork.

- Maintain a friendly and confident demeanor at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration encouraged.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Willing to work in Genting Highlands.
Strong customer service skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexible with working hours.
