Job Description
In this role, you will engage in various repair and maintenance tasks, working in a dynamic environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency. You will collaborate with the Engineering team to uphold the standards of building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Perform plumbing works and ensure proper functionality.
- Execute bricklaying and plastering tasks as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all tasks.
- Support minor construction works as required.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Building or Civil Engineering
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and concrete repair
Ability to work independently or in a team
Good communication skills
Physically fit for manual and outdoor tasks
