Job Requirements
Possess an advanced degree such as a Master's or PhD in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 8 years professional experience in demand planning roles with demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
Demonstrate excellent English communication and writing skills.
Show a proven multinational leadership track record.
Exhibit excellent proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP and Kinaxis.
Have a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory frameworks.
Possess strong skills in mentoring, coaching, and team development.
Be effective in liaison capabilities to act as a communication bridge between the demand planning team, global hub leadership, and key stakeholders.
Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Having knowledge of pharmaceutical primary and secondary manufacturing processes is preferable.
Exhibit a high level of accountability and attention to details.
Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
Possess good team facilitation and relationship building skills.
