Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Growth Squad, focusing on optimizing user engagement through the Versa app. You will work closely with various teams to achieve growth targets and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Growth Squad to drive user engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business goals.
- Analyze user data to inform and optimize user journeys.
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing user lifetime value.
- Drive initiatives that enhance user activation and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics and performance indicators.
- Mentor and manage team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements
Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with experience in product growth roles.
Background in fintech or related tech/financial services industries.
Proven track record in driving growth for non-transactional banking or fintech apps.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Leadership experience in managing teams and performance management.
