Job Description
The Head of Growth, Deposits Managed (DM) is responsible for leading Versa's growth agenda by driving data-driven user journeys, optimizing engagement through the Versa app, and delivering initiatives that maximize user lifetime value. This role leads the Growth Squad while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets and ensure alignment with business goals.
Job Requirements
Candidate should have a strategic and forward-thinking mindset with relevant experience in product growth roles.
Ideally have backgrounds in fintech or related tech/financial services industries.
Knowledge of hyper-personalization, user engagement, and interaction concepts and techniques that drive activation and engagement.
Proven track record in driving growth and user engagement for non-transactional banking, wealth, or fintech apps.
Proven ability to optimize metrics such as activation, retention, and cross-sell.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decisions.
Experience in driving growth for financial apps is advantageous.
Leadership experience including managing teams, mentoring, and performance management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications including Document/Word and Sheet/Excel.
