Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 12-15 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience
At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience in managing P&L and developing business strategies
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in Telecommunications or related sector
