Role Summary
The Head of Technical Security is responsible for providing technical security guidance and leadership across the APAC region. This role involves conducting security assessments and addressing infrastructure vulnerabilities to ensure the security of applications and IT projects.
Job Description
In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Information Security Officer and engage with various stakeholders to enhance the security posture of the organization. You will lead security assessments and collaborate with technical teams to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical security guidance across the APAC region.
- Conduct security assessments of applications and IT projects.
- Identify and address infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management on security strategies.
- Implement incident management processes effectively.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate security requirements.
- Oversee Identity & Access Management processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 10 years of IT experience in a technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience with security technologies.
At least 5 years in a senior technical role with exposure to senior management.
Proven ability to apply expert knowledge of security technology.
