The Head of Training and Talent Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the organisation’s Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Capability Development agenda. This position involves leading performance management frameworks, managing promotion and career development policies, and overseeing succession planning and talent management initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related disciplines.
Minimum 15 years of relevant hands-on experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, or related HR functions.
Strong experience in designing and implementing Talent, Learning & Development frameworks.
Proven experience in Performance Management, Succession Planning, Competency Management, and Talent Development.
Strong people leadership and team management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand business models and organisational needs.
