As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas. You will train new staff, handle guest complaints, and ensure compliance with security and fire procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Diploma holder in Hotel Management / Tourism & Hospitality
1-3 years working experience in Housekeeping Operations
Strong leadership qualities
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to train new staff
Experience in resolving guest complaints
Familiarity with security and fire procedures
