Job Description
As an HR Business Partner Specialist/Lead at J&T Express, you will partner with warehouse and regional operations leadership across the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia to deliver HR strategy, manage operational manpower, and oversee basic payroll processing. This role involves leading an HR team and requires regular travel to regional hubs.
You will be responsible for supervising the regional HR team in daily operations, headcount planning, and employee relations. Additionally, you will conduct site audits, handle employee grievances, and support local operations while ensuring compliance with payroll inputs and Malaysian labor laws.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience (Logistics, Warehouse, or E-commerce background preferred).
At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
Basic understanding of payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and Malaysian labor laws (EA 1955, statutory contributions).
Willingness and flexibility to travel across Malaysia as needed.
Strong communication, leadership, and intermediate Excel skills for data reporting.
