The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department at Continental in various functions, including Compensation & Benefits operations, data analytics, and event coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in managing HR policies, insurance processes, and internal employee engagement initiatives.
As an HR Intern at Continental, you will support the department across several key functions including data analysis, compensation and benefits, and event coordination. Your responsibilities include developing HR dashboards for insights, managing insurance endorsements, and assisting with financial invoicing processes. Additionally, you will help establish HR policy process flows, manage administrative logistics for engagement events, and distribute employee benefits. This role provides comprehensive exposure to corporate HR operations and policy management in a global manufacturing setting.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Data Analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data handling.
Basic knowledge or familiarity with SAP systems and data analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and high standards for document organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Leadership experience in clubs or societies is highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a diverse and multicultural team environment.
