Job Description
The Production Area Leader manages the daily activities of the Hot Preparation area, ensuring all production targets and quality standards are met. Key duties include leading SAT2 meetings, coordinating with engineering and maintenance to reduce equipment downtime, and overseeing manpower and inventory levels. You will be responsible for enforcing legal and company compliance, conducting accident investigations, and driving scrap reduction projects. Additionally, you will coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
Experience in automotive, tire manufacturing, or rubber processing is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
Proactive attitude toward safety compliance and continuous improvement tools.
Ability to work on-site and take full ownership of area performance.
