Role Summary
The Production Area Leader is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Hot Preparation area. This role ensures that all production targets and quality standards are met while fostering a culture of accountability and safety among team members.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Hot Preparation area, coordinating with various teams to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will lead meetings, manage manpower, and drive initiatives to improve production quality and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAT2 meetings to discuss production performance and strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Oversee manpower allocation and inventory management in the production area.
- Enforce legal and company compliance standards within the team.
- Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Drive scrap reduction projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
